CHICAGO WINTER DINING CHALLENGE
Summary: To find a solution to stimulate and encourage safe outdoor dining, for both customers and restaurant/bar staff, during cold weather months in Chicago. This is a one and a half week challenge with little restrictions and prep. Additional information found here.
