Reading is one of my favorite pastimes so I made this personal challenge to redesign book covers of some of my favorite books. The goal is try out new techniques and design principles. The thought process will be on “how would this book cover convey the hidden meaning within the story” while having the right atmosphere.

Inspired by Darbi Nicole + complicated co’s Secret Garden Play Poster. Self illustrated. I wanted to capture the turbulence that America feels when she’s thrust into a world of royalty, being in the public eye and internal scheming.
